I wrote to Alissa Czisny and requested an autograph. I think that it took a few months to get a reply. I think I sent this sometime around 2014. She sent me back a nice personalized autograph. She also wrote me a very sweet and personal letter and answered questions for me. She also gave me advice on how to get over my nerves when competing, which was very sweet and kind. I did not include a SASE.
